How To Fix The Sims Medieval Disc Problem Won't Run Windows 10

I’m not sure if they’re still doing this, but I just contacted EA support and they had me send them photos of my disks, then they just added the game to my origin account (no disk needed anymore). It was a few years ago, but maybe it’s worth a try as it took a lot less work.
