How to make the sims 2 ultimate collection work with japanese locale?

It is very annoying to have to switch from Japanese Locale to USA locale just to play the sims 2 ultimate collection. Most of the programs on my computer are Japanese and won't work unless I have my ...

I don't really understand what you want to do. You want to switch english to japanese or japanese to english ?

I want to make the game work with Japanese locale.

It only works with US locale.
