I can't seem to purchase the Mac version of The Sims Medieval

I have a Mac, and every time I've tried to buy The Sims Medieval for Mac, it's appeared as the windows version in my library. I tried purchasing the windows version instead to see if they were just labeled wrong, but it still showed up as for windows. What the heck do I do?

  • cckoons  There is no version of Sims Medieval that will work on any recent version of macOS, as in, Catalina (10.15) or newer.  Medieval is a 32-bit app in any OS, and Catalina and newer don't support 32-bit apps at all.  And the EA App only runs on Catalina or newer, and Origin no longer works.

So while I don't know whether you're really only seeing the Windows version, or it's also the 32-bit Mac version that you can't use, either way, there's nothing you can buy that will run on your Mac.
