cckoons There is no version of Sims Medieval that will work on any recent version of macOS, as in, Catalina (10.15) or newer. Medieval is a 32-bit app in any OS, and Catalina and newer don't support 32-bit apps at all. And the EA App only runs on Catalina or newer, and Origin no longer works.
So while I don't know whether you're really only seeing the Windows version, or it's also the 32-bit Mac version that you can't use, either way, there's nothing you can buy that will run on your Mac.
