I found an error "Cloud Not Activate" when press play to run the sims 2
Please help me to solve this problem

- @JojoMooFy That looks to me like the old EA activation that came with TS2 expansion/stuff packs, as well as UC when it originally came out. That should definitely not happen now. Try updating the game; right-click on The Sims 2 in your library and check for update.
I try to update game but It doesn't work.
- @JojoMooFy Have you tried copying your product key into that?
@JojoMooFy , is this for EA Play? If it is, I'm afraid that Sims 2 UC is not available through EA Play and is only available through Origin if you originally had it on Origin. EA Play mainly has newer titles at this time and it has not been confirmed or denied if older games will transfer to EA Play.
