I purchased a game hours ago, and I still don't have the code for it

Decided to dive back into The Sims Medieval today, but I wasn't expecting it to be so historically accurate. I've received my invoice, it shows a thumbnail in b&w, but I can't click on it, nor have I received the "redeem" code. It's been over SEVEN HOURS, I mean... how slow can a code be?! Is it walking to my email?! Are they still sculpting the sims individually? 

There simply isn't a single "help" function in the orders history, and my order status claims to be completed. Well, it is anything but.
