I want to ask for TheSims2 ultimateCollection if it possible.

@mymintty1234 , the game was officially retired in 2018. Unless you asked for the code prior to then, I'm afraid you're out of luck. You can still purchase copies of the game on disks and if your computer does not have a disk drive, you can always purchase one. You can usually find copies of the disks on Amazon, E-Bay, used game stores and thrift stores. 

There are no plans to remaster and release the game.
