I want to buy Sims 2 complete collection, but where can i do it?

I know that quite a while ago you could get the game for free if you had your your Sims 3 connected to your account, but i never did that and now i have a new computer with no disc drive. I am willing to buy the game, but it isn't possible through the Origin program. I tried using the EA costumer service program, but they didn't have the options I needed, and asked me to call them, but I really don't see why this thing would need a phone call. I had the Sims 2 games before Sims 3 came out, but they're long lost now.

Does anybody know how i can contact EA about this, or get my hands on the game?
