lcinsightsie I would suggest a couple of screenshots less for the report itself and more for the sake of other users who might be wondering about this. Maybe one each of where and where not to put the files? It's up to you, but I imagine that would head off some questions from people who aren't familiar with the file structures involved.

No, that isn't the same issue I'm having but my bet is their linked due to different levels of Windows authentication requirements between the User Folder / Saved Games and the C ProgramFiles Install Directory which is why this is a Bug that needs fixing. This is a half baked, poor design implementation.
See screenshots attached to illustrate the issue, and poor workaround. This should be fixed in a future update, as this is the intended design for Simmers to share families and lots. That is why you are seeing other posts on the forum discussing the "Randy" or "Luna" bug as they are downloading Save Games in other languages that are causing glitches. Until this is fixed and there's a reliable method of sharing Families and Lots between players, this will all persist.
