i have re-installed Double Deluxe 2 after having my hard drive wiped clean. Added the patch. Have had fair luck in re-installing most of my downloads; HOWEVER, double clicking on my downloaded houses (Sims2pack) does not install them :o( How can I get all my lots back into Sims? Which folder do they go? If I can't get my neighborhoods and houses (lots) back in the game, installing all my objects is in vain :o( I can't understand why EA has left those of us that prefer Sims 2 out in the cold.
Hello! Ever since Clean installer came to, I've always used it to install new sims and houses/lots. Maybe you should try that? It's also practical when you try to install sims or lots that were made with expansionpacks you don't have installed on your computer 🙂
