Is it possible to play Sims medieval on Steam - or any other way!

Is it possible to play Sims Medieval on Steam? Or any other way for that matter - I didn't buy it when it came out (had to choose between that and the latest sims EP/stuff packs) but I now have more ...

I can't get it to work in windows 11. The error says it's because origin is not installed. I was able to run it without any tweaks on a computer with the same cpu in windows 10 but origin was installed when I set it up last time.
