Is The Sims 2 Mobile Connected Edition still available?

I love the sims so I try to find every sims games include the mobile version which I found all of them but this one.I've searched all over the internet but can not find it.could you tell me if it is still available and where to find it or not thanks.

note that this game is a java game not an android game.
