@i3iscut , sorry, but no. Aspyr maintains and updates the Mac version to run on modern Macs. Even if you found the Mac version on disks, you couldn't run it for a couple of reasons. 1) an external disk drive would be required and 2) This one is the most important one. When Sims 2 was originally ported to the Mac, Apple Computers used something called a Power PC chip that required a special port to the Mac OS. Aspyr was the company that was contracted to port the game as EA didn't have in house division that worked on the Mac version of the game. The Power PC architecture no longer works on any modern Apple Computer.
Granted the Mac version doesn't have the full run of Sims 2, but heck it's better than nothing.
