@Gigge In the stream they said that the mobile game wouldn't have the same functions as the PC game.
Like for example, you could build an apartment in a detailed way on the PC version, share that to your library, open it up on the phone sometime later while you're out, and maybe walk around in the apartment in Live Mode using the mobile version, but you wouldn't have all the building features.
