No height customization, 8 max zoi's in one household (same as the sims), body sliders have been improved, tattoos are right now only supported neck up but full body tattoos will come in august (it will be interesting to compare them to the new tattoo update that the sims 4 is getting), no pets, no active schools, no memory system where zois remember things in the early access version but they are working on it.
They switched mod support from Lua scripting to Unreal Blueprint which will make the game much more mod friendly.
Compared to The Sims 4, it sounds like this Early Access version will offer more features than The Sims 4 offered at release, but not of course all the features that Maxis have added over all these years. But they are mentioning that they are working on a lot of new features as well. Good to hear that the game will be mod friendly, just like sims4 as well.
