Honestly woohoo has nothing to offer in term of gameplay and it's not a feature that children really care (family friendly game). But if you still need it, the door isn't completely closed just wait for the mods.
Same as incest censorship in The Sims, it's legal in many countries. Just The Sims applies US rules and inZOI applies Korean rules.
At least inZOI could be sold in the countries where The Sims franchise is banned (Russia and Middle East countries), it would be good news for these players who like life simulation.
I guess the "Parents walking in to see The Sims 2's WooHoo cutscene" trauma and drama won't be reoccurring anytime soon then...

There will always be a mod for woohoo. These mods are why some people play the sims(only) ... for the kinky mods. I'm sure modders will address the needs for these players with Inzoi.
Edit: I'm not dirty like that... I like the art of gameplay along with a little woohoo action...That's right! 👀😇
