I downloaded and installed the demo but, sadly, I can't play it because my system is too weak. I can't wait to see everyone's creations, though!
Ah, Unreal... The usual fun camera effects I've experienced with Unreal games and while developing Unreal games.
Yet, my computer works it out though. Which is great. My first attempt was to make myself. Sort of did it.
It's interesting... Yet as feared, Unreal is for making powerful games for powerful computers. The cutscenes were laggy the first time and the suggestion to get a graphics driver was in Korean (while I couldn't read it, I knew what it said due to my Unreal experience), so yeah, it'll be interesting to see how the in-game looks like.
Anyway, for the week I'm going to try to let my creativity fly and see how much I can make there. I'll also see if I get my friend to visit too (her computer is also too weak for this). So yeah, I'll be back on The Sims in a week.
My laptop exceeds the requirements and the first cut scene was also a bit choppy. I think that just might be a universal thing. It didn't seem to happen again (or was less choppy) when I reopened the demo.
Graphics cache if I guess it correctly...

So far, I've been creating people (almost called them sims, jeez...). If anyone's interested, here's the link to my creations for now.
It took me a long time to notice that skin details were in the color wheel of the skin, then I discovered eyes and makeup have also parameters.
I created 12 male characters since 7am .
I am downloading it now. I intend to recreate my two most favorite TS4 sims in it to see how they compare.
It's a bit laggy for me and already crashed once but other than that, it works 😃
