The Sims 25th Anniversary Collection (All of the above + Some Sims 4 packs) - $39.99

Why isnt this listed in the EA App?... Is it the same as Steam's listings below? I am confused as to what to buy?.. I want both but if I buy the Anniversary am I still getting 1 and 2 plus the expansions?
