What I'm hoping for, however, are dynamic animations between characters that make them feel alive. I want the best from Sims 2

meaningful idle animations
status animations representing low needs or a state of distress
automatic animations of Sims recognizing and acknowledging each others' presence
animations that SHOW emotion. SHOW emotion, don't TELL emotion (specifically criticizing TS4 emotion system)

That's what I miss the most.The little sims people from Sims 2
