@Vanallesennogwat The first thing you should try is removing the custom music and testing if the lot loads. If you have other mods/CC, you should also back up your neighborhood, remove those mods as well, and test without them. You don't have to delete them, just get them out of the game folders so the game loads without them.

When I delete the songs I downloaded everything works perfectly fine, so this should be the problem thank you! Is there a reason why the downloaded songs cause a problem?

@Vanallesennogwat According to The Sims Wiki, custom music has to be an mp3 file with a bitrate of 320kbit/s or less, or a wav file with 1411kbit/s bitrate or less. It also has to be placed into a folder for an existing station in Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Music\.
I'm guessing that if it does not meet those guidelines, it wouldn't work or might cause issues such as an infinite loading screen if there is a radio on the lot.
