Medieval help please

There is nowhere for me to contact EA since they are the only place to get this game, now I feel completely robbed of $20 because it will not work. 

I found some reddit post with a link to something then a YouTube video of someone getting it to work, it just makes no sense. I shouldn't have to do anything to get a game to work especially when I pay money for the **bleep** thing. So EA is just taking people's money for games that don't **bleep**ing work! I don't even give a **bleep** about the game at this point I just want my money back.
