@TARDISMistress1 , have you tried clearing the EA App cache? That sometimes allows the games to install ok after trashing this file.
I have not tried that yet.
I think frankly I have forgotten where that’s located or how to locate it. if it’s within the app files, I can poke around and see where it is.
I know I can clear temp files from the settings on windows, but I’m assuming it must not look in those files.
