MySims will not boot on Windows 11.

So I've been a huge MySims enjoyer for most of my life but since I got a new pc every time i try and open my MySims it only gives an error and it will not start up.

I have tried many fixes I found on the internet but none of them worked. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and does anybody have a fix for this?
