mysims will not boot (windows 11)
I just got MySims on EA
and it is not running on my Windows 11
(I have tried running it in all compatibility modes, clean booting my device, reinstalling the game, adding the MySims.exe to "Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows"-list nothing is working.)
a black box shows up for a split second and closes again. I don't get any error code, nothing.
I contacted the EA chat support twice but they were unable to provide any help.
has anyone run into that issue before?
