need help with my key code
Hey, i just found my old sims 2 cd and i want to install it on my EA app. i have the key code but it's already been redeem in the past. what can i do ?

This would mean that you already redeemed the game code on a different EA account in the past.
Do you remember having used a different EA account back then? If yes, try logging in with those login details and the game would in the library there.
