No response from EA Live Chat

I've connected to the EA Live Chat twice and I did not receive any response for both of the times.

Thereafter, an email was sent to me stating that they did not receive any reply while I was on the livechat. Hence, the livechat advisor had to end the chat as he has to attend to other customers.

I assume the advisor did not receive my response, which explains why he sent the email to me. Is there any partiuclar browser I need to use so that the advisor can actually receive my responses? Or is there anything I need to take note of (like browser extensions or what not) during the live chat?

Will appreciate it if anyone that knows how to deal with this reply to me, thank you!!

    Sorry to read you are having issues to contact us. Extensions and programs that block advertisements usually cause issues, so you might want to make sure you have those disabled when trying to contact. Some users have also reported the chat works better when 'do not track' option is not active.
