nstallation of "the sims double deluxe" on laptop running windows 7

i purchased "the sims double deluxe"   inside it has 2 discs named the sims deluxe edition a third named the sims house party which has the name of all the expansions on the disc and a fourth disc named the sims double deluxe bonus content

i have the instruction manal which has the install code for the main game on the back  and a white install manual with the install code for the expansion disc

everything started normal  i installed the first two discs with having to  insert disc 2 near the end then reinsert disc one  that goes fine i then am told by the install instructions that i need to exit the game then enter the expansion disc  and click install  then  when that finishes i am to start the game and it will detect another instance of the sims it will load again then that is that  then it says to insert the bonus content  disc this time i am told to click install then select bonus catalogue items then let it run  then click install again and select  delxe edition update and let it load also  this i  beleive is a patch not sure though

now heres the problem  after following the install instructions to the letter i go to play the game  but it is not in  start:; all programs; maxis ;   anymore so i use the  icon on my start menu  it loads like it should i get the blue the sims screen  but it then comes up and  tells me that it has detected another sims expansion pack as it did before but this time it then  comes up with a window asking if i  want to uninstall the sims  if i say no nothing happens but ifi say yes it uninstalls the sims and thats it

if i click play  as soon as i install the first  three discs  and do not exit   and clickplay i can play  but then if i exit and go back  and open it up again  this problem happens i really want to play the game and unless you can get me the sims three for really cheap  i am stuck with this one lol as i am ona limited budget

when i bought it i checked all system requirements and my laptop exceedsthemall by about ten times lol so that is no problem  also i looked up the windows compatibility checker for this  it did not have this exact version  but all other simms games listed were compatiblewith windows 7  with one or two with no answer yes or no as they had not been tried
