Even the updates that added new gameplay haven't completely changed the game beyond diving, in my opinion. I quite like dens and roaming educators, as well as all the QoL stuff, but PZ feels very similar to its early form to me and I played the beta.
Well I'm a little more optimistic now. Hopefully it won't take me long to get up to speed. :)
