I definitely can get behind a brand new game with a better engine, better coding, and better sim intelligence because most of the time the sims 3 and 4 aren’t it in that regard. However I think I might understand a bit why they nixed the sims 5. I’m not sure what big and innovative new features they could have brought to the game that would have made it stand out alone from the rest of the series, especially considering the step back it took from 3 to 4. That being said though, I’m not 100% sure what Rene is but I hear a lot of discussion that it’s gonna be another attempt at an online multiplayer sims game. If that’s true, I gotta question the developers’ intelligence when it comes to what majority of the sim players want. I definitely think they’re trying to sell out for the mobile season pass model like EA does with all their games
