@lihi1002 , You need to follow the exact path listed below for opening and finding the file.
So you open up your C drive and look for the Program files folder. Next look for the Electronic Arts folder which contains your Sims 3, Sims 4 and Sims Medieval files. Next, within the Sims Medieval files look for the GameData folder and open it up. Within that folder, you should find the Shared folder and then within that one find what you are looking for.
My advice is to make a copy of this file before you edit it and keep it on your Desktop in a folder so that if you have any problems with the game, you can either replace the original or have a backup to correct if need be.
