However, even now (when the message disappeared and I assume the problem has been solved) it won't connect me to an EA Game Advisor and now it says waiting time would be 10 - 15 minutes. After 60 minutes still no progress, I think maybe the browser has problems to connect?

I'm having this issue as well, after leaving it open all night.
Internet is working fine, but reset anyway. Switched browsers, cleared cache - still waiting. Going on 2hrs... - ApprovedAnonymous10 years ago
I'm Having the same issue. I think EA is blocking some customers from accessing the support.
And my case automatically change status to closed.
