@Skiisuki , Many of the cheats that work for Sims 3 will work for Sims Medieval since the games share the same architecture. Here are instructions on how to reset a Sim for Sims 3 which should work for Sims Medieval.

  1. Open the cheat window by pressing CTRL + Shift+ C. Hold all these keys at the same time to open the window.
  2. Type "resetSim Firstname Lastname", then hit Enter. Make sure you entered the name of the Sim you wish to reset.

I have had to do this for Sims 3 and it does work. Not sure about Sims Medieval, but it should work.

    @Skiisuki  The Sims Medieval does share its core with The Sims 3, but the cheats need to be enabled in a different way. Unlike The Sims 3 where testingcheats is just typed into the console just before the cheat itself, The Sims Medieval testingcheats needs to be enabled / 'turned on' in the program files - different from the user files, and located elsewhere on your computer.

    Make sure your game is closed when editing any files for it.

    The game's program files are located where you installed the game, but the default path is:
    C:>Program Files (x86)>Origin Games>The Sims Medieval


    Inside this The Sims Medieval folder follow this path:

    Game Data>Shared>NonPackaged>Ini

    and open the file called Commands.ini in Notepad or similar editing program.

    Change the 0 to 1 in this line:
    TestingCheatsEnabled=0

    (while taking note of the warning written above it in the file).

    Save the file edit by closing it and accepting the changes.
    Start the game, and shift-click on the stuck sim choosing Object>Force Reset.
