Hi, I only got the download the other day, so I haven't done anything to add to the game. In all neighborhood this is the issue, you can't move a family in a house, you can't create a family or enter pregame family household; the application crashes and will now terminate.

okay. Means in folders like SavedSims, Download there is nothing? Okay. Please try delete cache files in The Sims 2 Folders (in My documents, which you may found in Electronic Arts folders) like Accessory.cache, groups.cache and cigen (if you have this (cigen.cache) The Sims 2 folders). Also, try delete NeighborhoodManager.package in Neighborhoods folder. It may help you. Also, issue maybe in that what your graphic card game define incorrectly.

There is no saved sims folder as I haven't created anyone as the game doesn't let me do that. But my character and lots folders are full.
Now it is coming with error message The Sims 2 EP9 has stop working, but no further information other than that. Thanks

For some reason now it is still crashing and making error noise, but not producing error message.
