@nastenyaus , not sure what exactly you are trying to do other than to reinstall the game. The only way I know to get the games to read properly is to uninstall and reinstall in the following order. What I would do is to install Base Game and patch it. Make sure it runs correctly. Then install University, patch it and make sure it runs. And so on and so forth until you have the game completely installed.

Here is the install/release order of the game.

Christmas Party Pack (also called Holiday Stuff Pack)
Open for Business
Family Fun Stuff
Glamour Life Stuff
Pets
Festive Holiday Stuff (also called Happy Holiday Stuff)
Seasons
Celebrations Stuff
H&M Fashion Stuff
Bon Voyage
Teen Style Stuff
Freetime
Kitchen and Bath Stuff
IKEA Stuff
Apartment Life
Mansion & Gardens Stuff          

Once everything is installed the game should run fine.
