We have just purchased 'The Sims 3 Ambitions' for our iPad and something seems to have gone wrong with the installation.
The left 3 inches of the screen are black, almost as if the display has been shifted to the right by those 3 inches.
As a result the on screen buttons cannot be used.
Also, I have been charged twice for this game now as I uninstalled it to see if that would sort it out.
I have updated the software on the iPad but this has not helped. Please can you suggest something,
