Redemption Code
I just purchased the Sims 3 for Xbox 360 and I have no idea where the redemption code is. I've searched the package and I haven't gotten any emails regarding it.

EA StaffSorry for the late reply. In case you are still trying to find it: codes are usually in the back of the game manual, or in one of the papers inside the box.
If the code is not there, is this a second hand purchase? If the game was new when you bought it, you should contact the retailer.
