Searching for an old Sims game
Looking for a old Sims game where they got lost at sea and ended up on an island and you had to do quests to get further in the game. Had to do certain things to get farther in the game?

Sounds like Sims 2 Castaway: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Sims_2:_Castaway
You might still be able to get it on Ebay or maybe even in a store. It was only for certain consoles though.
