Serial number from Sims 2 Pets
Hi,
I bought the Sims 2 Pets on a second hand shop and the serial number provider on the box isn't valid.
How can I get a new serial number, or can you supply that for me?

Hey there, AHQ is a public forum and we at AHQ cannot access your Origin profile or issue out registration or redemption codes.
- If the game has just been unwrapped and opened, you can return to the retailer and convince them to issue you a new redemption or registration code.
- Other wise you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will happily help you with your problem (https://help.ea.com/en/origin )
- Once you have followed the link above press contact --> give information --> I still need help (located at the bottom of the page) and then press 'Create Live Chat'!
- You will be connected with a EA agent that will assist you with your issues!
