Definitely.
There are SimCity titles that are older than TS1 on EA/Origin, so age is not an excuse.
I have the 2009 Double Deluxe issue of TS2, and even that's a hassle on a modern PC. First of all, I have to use an external disk drive, and I have to set up Administrator mode to even get it to install, and even for Windows to run it
Plus disks don't age well.
