The sims team reactions on concerns or ingame problems in the forum is similar to a tumbleweed in a western movie. The hundreds of nap complains, and it stays silent. Fresh news comes mainly from other players who follow twitter, not from the team itself. Broken banner news and notifications since weeks speak a clearly language to me.

Basically I expect the moment anytime soon where they are going close this forum forever. At least this would be honest in the end.

That's something I'm still quite upset with. Every teaser, hint or Q&A about future packs happens on Twitter and then you have Simmers here who create a thread, sort it and try to keep the information in one place on the official Sims forum for all the Simmers who don't follow 20+ Gurus for every piece of information regarding bugs, fixes or upcoming content.
At least they posted a transcript here this time, but Twitter was still their first choice to post information about the skin tone issue. And you can't even discuss it under the post here because announcement posts are locked, so other users have to open threads about it again. Come on.
