Sims 1 Legacy Still not opening 2/6 no errors black screen

I seen there was another patch available, And I downloaded but since January of the release day I'm unable to play it I now have "2 minutes of playtime" Though EA where it was purchased from but not actual playtime. There's No vulkan error code to add it just acts as if it's going to start the application shows in taskbar for a second screen goes black then it just closes that's it. I've even tried properties in different settings as administer (still nothing). The sims2 is running fine so is the sims 3-4 the system i'm using is windows 11, with amd ryzen 5 4600 processor with a nvidia geforce gtx 1650 graphics card. I am also using the integrated graphics card from amd when i open the sims legacy and it still doesn't work. I have also tried reinstalling the Vc redist. on the laptop and all drivers are up to date as well, the problem still persists.
