Sims 1 will not launch

Hello, I've updated sims 1 twice now and it's still popping up with the exact same prompt of to update graphics card. I have done that but whenever I try to put a report through EA app it keeps saying to try again later. what do I do or does anyone have any good graphic card websites that fit the game? Please help
