Is it possible to play the Sims 2 and the dlc packs on windows 10 I know it isn't on origin anymore and a game shop is selling the Sims 2 base and a couple of dlc and I was going to buy them will I be able to install them using Windows 10.
@Rachelharris31 , most certainly you can play Sims 2 on Windows 10! All you need is an external disk drive if you computer doesn't have one.

@Himalaya88 , I bought my disk drive from Other World Computing and I picked one that was compatible with my model of computer.
Does the disk drive play other disks? Try a regular movie DVD and see if it will play it. Otherwise, you may have a defective disk drive and you should be able to return it to where you purchased it.
@dany-dany , you can no longer register Sims 2 disks with Origin and receive a digital copy of the game. If you need help installing the game from disks, please start a new thread and give us details of exactly what happens when you try to install or play the game. 🙂
