I have Windows 8.1 and an AMD C-60 processor. Also an AMD Radeon HD 6290 Graphics and 6GB DDR3 of RAM

What Antivirus Software are you using?No Antivirus installed. Only the "Microsoft Seurity Essencials" Included on Windows 8.1
Do you have any CD Emulator software installed like Nero or alcohol or something along this line No, the same "ISO Mount" that comes with Windows 8.1
Do you have any downloaded version of the Sims 3 or Sims 3 Medevial on your system? No. Only The Sims 2
Ok, now. The solution pointed a few messages below of my first reply WORKED FOR ME
I download the "paul.dll" from the FIRSTlink. I searched for:
sims 3 paul.dll download 4.1.1.14
