Sims 2 Double deluxe never recived my product code ?
i bought Sims 2 double deluxe off of origin to be direct download and they took my money off my card and i never recived the produt code nor the game ?? and i can not contact either origin or EA to ask them for it and my account has been actived it say to wait 30 mins and it be over an hr and half and still no email or code !!!!! starting to think i was ripped off and seeking out a way to either get the game or my money back can some please help me
Right-click on the icon in your Origin client and choose "View Game Details" in the list. You should be able to see your product code on the game detail page.
