Sims 2 expansion pack won't download, please help

What are the ways around it? Having the same error installing expansions from disk - it installs fine and then when it tries to update it comes up with the same failure message and uninstalls. I have all the expansions and stuff packs to install on a new Win10 laptop. Thanks!

Did you manage to get this working? I’m having the same problem now on a new laptop on Windows 11

@Robyncurson23 Please start a new thread detailing the issues you are seeing. Let me know which packs you have and whether they are separate disks or Deluxe/Collections.
