Hello. Recently I downloaded the sims two complete series. It was working fine until my computer broke. We had windows xp but now we have windows 8. We also have the original data in our files. I re-download the game and started it up. but instead of the usual screen it only showed apartment life and no expasion pack icons were lit. what does this mean and how do I fix it?
I did not have the sims 2 originally. but I had the fun with pets edition before our computer broke. Im deleteing the files from that previous one and fixing the one im currently have from origin now. Thank you for your imput I will get back to you in a bit
That seemed to help but now the audio just stops at random points in the game,and it has problems loading and crashing sometimes. I did a compatibility run now it has windows xp compatibility. is there anyway to stop the audio mute and crashes?
