sims 2 invalid product code

I wanted to play The Sims 2 after all these years of my copy gathering dust on the shelf - however, when I tried to register my copy on Origin it said that the code is invalid, I might have registere...

    @Syllatina Hey, contacting support is the way to go, as The Sims 2 predates Origin. 


    What issues do you have with Live chat? If it never loads, can you try a different browser. 

    If you want to call you can schedule a callback if you're in the US, and if you're outside of the US you can click the flag icon in the top left to change to your own region.
