Sims 2 Ultimate collection 2020

I spoke to a support person from EA earlier and they said its no longer available on Origin at all, bear in mind i was asking about PC, not mac.

@ionaxox33 , that is correct. If you try to add your existing CD keys to Origin, you will get error messages as the game is not available for purchase on Origin. The only digital version of Sims 2 available at this time is for the Mac OS and is available through the Mac App Store.

EA has no plans at this time to remaster the game to a digital format.

I'm so sad I wasn't able to get TS2 Ultimate Collection on Origin. I really want it since I've also seen some amazing somewhat current mods for both gameplay and graphics. I haven't played TS2 since back in the day and miss it a lot. :'( <3

Hi! Over a year later and I’ve found this thread! 

You mentioned that you have the Super Collection on your Mac, I have a Mac too and wondered whether it was legit or not? Was it from Aspyr on the AppStore?

@LamarzyBoo ,Yes, the game is most definitely legitimate and it was ported and remastered by Aspyr. It only contains the content that was ported for the MacOS which is everything from Base game to Bon Voyage. 

If you have a newer Mac laptop with the M1 chip, the game may give you a few problems, but Aspyr is aware of the issue and is working to fix it. There is no date when the update will be ready though.
