Sims 2 Ultimate Collection Product Code

Hello, I’ve just bought Sims 2 Ultimate Collection on eBay as an origin download. However the buyer cannot have it linked to my account and it requires a product code as you are well aware. 

I got this game as a gift for my wife as she has been ranted about the game for past few months and I wanted to surprise her with it.

i am wondering if it possible for this issue to be resolved in any way.

if proof is needed I am more than happy to provide my eBay confirmation.
