i have the same problem, this sims seems to have a lot of problems, i hope EA or Origin solves them...

We just got the news from our tech team: They have found the issue and are working on a fix.
No need for you to contact customer support, the fix they are working on should automatically fix the issue for you.

So there's a fix coming for the code, but will the problem be fixed for the license limit been reached? it doesn't even give me the ability to enter a code anymore, even after re-installing.
have they set a date?
